The Davis™ Programmes
Most people think of dyslexia as a reading problem. However, dyslexics can also experience problems with mathematics and handwriting. Some dyslexics may also have symptoms associated with ADD such as staying focused or sitting still.

- Davis Math Mastery™ Programme
- Davis™ Attention Mastery Programme
- Davis™ Reading Programme for Young Learners
The first step towards attending a programme is to schedule an appointment for an Initial Consultation and Perceptual Ability Assessment to determine the suitability of the Davis Programme to meet both the needs and goals of the individual. This takes about 2 hours.
A Davis Programme generally consists of a 30-hour intensive, one-on-one facilitation usually delivered over 5 consecutive days. Some programmes may take more time depending on the needs and goals of the client. During each programme, clients are given tools and exercises to identify and control confusion, address and eliminate the sources of confusion and allow a relaxed state of focus to be used for learning.
Follow-up support is included as part of the programme. This consists of:- Student Symbol Mastery kit (includes manual, dictionary, grammar book, clay and other study aids).
- Training for a tutor or teacher and family members.
- Email and telephone consultations.
- Up to three return visits to review the basic Davis tools, if needed.
All programmes give an individual the skills and tools they need to overcome learning difficulties, restore self-esteem and progress in the mainstream of education and employment.
Programmes are suitable for children, teenagers and adults. All Davis programmes are drug-free.
Programmes are conducted at the Warkworth office or at a venue negotiated with the client.
